    GO CARDIO KIDS:Kids! Get up and get moving! This program is designed for all children regardless of athletic ability. Making fitness fun and accessible, this functional fitness program combines strength, endurance, and cardio-vascular conditioning through innovative group exercise programming.

    SCULPT: Conditioning workout using weights, bands, balls, and body resistance. This full body workout targets all major muscle groups. Class is structured to accommodate all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.

    HIIT: This high intensity interval workout is designed to incinerate fat and get your heart pumping while you work to build lean muscle through body-resistance and plyometric strength training moves.

    TABATA TRAIL RUN: Maximize your time and results with this heart pounding, body shredding, high energy interval workout. With specific timed intervals, alternating running with body resistance strength, this is an advanced workout designed to build intensity through a systematic repetition of cardio-vascular and strength intervals..

    BODY FIT CIRCUIT: A cardio strength circuit designed to sculpt lean muscle mass and build cardio vascular endurance, this class incorporates weights, bands, balls, body resistance, and so much more.

    STRENGTH and STRIDE: Race enthusiasts, this class is for you! With exercises to help with speed and endurance, Strength and Stride combines running drills, with the strength training and stretches.
